Hello! Let me introduce myself.

I’m Caroline, and I am a professional wordsmith and marcoms expert. I write, edit, proof and blog, and am a dab hand at social media, too.

I have almost 20 years’ editorial, communications and marketing experience working for companies such as bp, Centrica, Barclays, Thomson Reuters and mindtools.com.

During this time, I’ve held commissioning editor, European editor and other senior writer roles for online and print B2B publications, including legal directory PLC Which? lawyer, and market-leading business magazines IDS HR in Practice and HR Grapevine.

My background is legal and HR publishing. I have a degree in Law from Newcastle University, and a CIPD-accredited Masters in Human Resource Management.

I am also a qualified counsellor and accredited coach. But that’s another story…
